Obviously with more drag (lift) & bigger meats. MPG will drop to some extent. But what is the. real world difference? 18 (Screw, 3.5, W/3.55s), I'm getting between 18.5 - 20 MPG to the tank.

You get the height of the 35" without the fitment issues that come with the extra width. Its actually a better load rating as well and is closer to a true 35" diameter than most 35's. From factory P Tires to an Aftermarket LT with Aggressive Tread I usually figure on a 10% mpg loss.In summation, fitting F150 35" tires on the 2021-2022 F150s is a bit easier than on older trucks, but 35x12.50" tires are still a bit of a pain, and you may want to stick with narrower options.
