Bump uvula

Bumps on my soft palate above my uvula. Photo attached. Am curious if these bumps should be looked at? I noticed that I've had them for over a year (no growth or symptoms), but I'm curious what they are. They're soft and not noticeable by the touch, though have an odd appearance. Thanks.

I have seasonal allergies and runny nose fairly often but other than that no issues. 2 years ago I had treatment for nasal polyps and started using xhance nasal spray for ~6 months and they cleared up.
