If you HAVE to drive the truck until the dealer can fix it, putting the transmission in tow mode around town and then taking it out of tow mode at highway speed (65+ mph) should reduce or maybe stop the shuddering. Tow mode changes the shift points and keeps the RPM's higher.The flush for the new fluid fixes the issue. The lawsuit was just some Lawyers just trying to get rich off the truck owners. Class actions are jokes. The fluid fixed most issues. The few that it failed in needed the converter replaced as the clutch was too glazed for the new oil to recover.
