Pros. The leadership is very caring about the company and employees. Flexibility is really good. The cafeteria is pretty good. Cons. Job description isn’t accurate- the way job is described in interviews doesn’t match that the planner job is 90% data entry and copying and pasting. Operations is often a nightmare to work with. Honestly, there are no cons. This is a very selective company on who it hires so if you are blessed enough to make the cut you will be among the absolute best in the business.
