Kootenay Acres is a hobby farm turned farm sanctuary located in the West Kootenays. We specialize in special needs animals and farm rescues/rehomes. Our Mission: Is to provide a safe haven for farm animals, promote responsible and humane treatment of all animals and to advocate for animals traditionally used for farming as companions.
