House is a newer build (~4 years old) Circuit is 15 amps and only has the PC and that room's lights running on it. PC power supply is 750 watts. I should only be drawing ~650 at the high end with it. Light fixture is 3 CFL bulbs. If I turn off the ceiling lights and plug a desk lamp in, the lamp will flicker too.
