Sierra rain leak

Leaking rear window. I bought my 2020 Chevy 3500 HD new in August of 2019 and after a visit to the car wash this morning discovered water in the inside of the rear window. I looked up on the headliner, and discovered water damage “rings” on both the left and right sides of the headliner, which tells me this has been going on for some time now.

It leaks into the cab from the bottom of the trim panel. I used some rope caulk to seal the moisture barrier to the door shell, but it still leaks.deflector water deflector (2). The first time i did it i scraped the surface of the block where the gaskets go to make sure there's a good seal. The new waterpump came with new gaskets and those are the ones i used.
